Kindly review the following details to understand your rights and the process for requesting a refund. By making a booking with us, you accept the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:Tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a fee. To cancel, please reach out to our 24/7 customer support team. If your booking is eligible for cancellation, the applicable fees will apply.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours:For cancellations made beyond 24 hours, the airline’s policies will apply. A cancellation fee may be charged, and refund eligibility will depend on the airline’s terms.
3. No-Show Policy:If you miss your flight and fail to notify the airline or FaresBuddies, your ticket will be marked as a no-show. No-show tickets are non-refundable. To avoid this, please ensure timely arrival at the airport or notify the airline of any changes to your flight at least 4 hours before departure.
4. Passenger Name Changes:Once a ticket is booked, changes to the passenger name(s) are typically not permitted, in accordance with the airline’s policy. Any modifications to the itinerary, including flight changes or cancellations, are subject to the airline’s terms and may incur additional penalties.
5. Low-Cost Airlines:Tickets purchased from low-cost airlines within 7 days (168 hours) of the travel date are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, the ticket is final, and changes or cancellations are not allowed.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation:Refund requests will be considered only if the cancellation adheres to the airline's fare rules. The request must be made directly through FaresBuddies, and the cancellation cannot be classified as a no-show.
2. Airline Waiver:FaresBuddies will make every effort to obtain a waiver from airlines or suppliers to process your refund. However, this may not always be possible. The final decision on refunds lies with the airline or supplier.
3. Service Charges:Please note that service fees paid to FaresBuddies for booking processing are non-refundable. Furthermore, if you request a cancellation, additional post-ticketing service fees may apply, but only if the supplier has approved the refund.
4. Refund Processing Duration:After the refund is approved by the airline or supplier, it may take anywhere from 60 to 90 days for the funds to be returned to your account, in line with the supplier's refund process.
1. Zero-Cancellation Eligibility:The ZERO Cancellation Service is available only for select flights booked through FaresBuddies. This service offers a full waiver of cancellation fees if the ticket is cancelled at least 24 hours before departure.
2. Ineligibility for Waiver:If you cancel a ticket outside the 24-hour window or in the case of a no-show, you will not qualify for the ZERO Cancellation waiver. Standard cancellation fees will apply.
3. Offer Misuse:Any misuse or fraudulent use of the ZERO Cancellation offer, by either customers or travel agents, will result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the offer. No refunds will be granted in such cases.
